Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials provided by Reconis AI remain our intellectual property. You may use reports and deliverables solely for your internal security purposes. You may not redistribute, publish, or share our reports without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reconis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, findings, and communications. All engagements are subject to non-disclosure agreements, and we treat all client data with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations and confidentiality requirements remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
